- Is there a free trial?
- We provision a guided pilot for qualified restoration companies. Reach out and we’ll set up a workspace with your team and sample jobs so you can evaluate office and field workflows together.
- Can we buy seats online?
- Mitig8 OS is operator-managed. There is no public self-serve checkout. Sales provisions your company, invites users with the right roles, and turns on the modules you need.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone with a login — owners, project managers, accounting, technicians, and viewers. Field techs on the companion still count toward your seat total.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual plans are available at a discount versus month-to-month. Ask sales for current annual pricing when you request a workspace.
- Can pricing change as we grow?
- Move from Starter to Operations when you need finance and e-sign, or to Enterprise for multi-branch and custom integrations. We’ll migrate your data in place — no re-platforming.
