1. Who we are

Mitig8 OS is a mitigation operations platform for restoration companies. Contact: hello@mitig8.io.

2. Information we collect

• Marketing contact forms: name, work email, company, phone, and message content you submit.
• Application accounts: identity and profile data needed to sign in, plus operational data your company stores (jobs, customers, documents, billing records, field media).
• Technical logs: standard server and security logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for reliability and abuse prevention.

3. How we use information

We use marketing inquiries to respond to sales and onboarding requests. We use application data to provide the product to your company, support your users, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, email delivery, authentication) that process data on our behalf under contractual terms. Customer operational data remains scoped to that customer’s workspace except as needed to operate and support the service.

5. Retention

Marketing messages are retained as needed to manage the sales relationship. Application data is retained for the life of the customer agreement unless otherwise arranged in writing.

6. Your choices

Account users can update profile details in-app. To request deletion or export of company data, contact your workspace administrator or email hello@mitig8.io. Marketing opt-out: reply to any sales email or write hello@mitig8.io.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes for customers will be communicated through appropriate channels.
